Aha! User Reviews
Theres a bit of a learning curve, but the Help is comprehensive. We use Aha! for both idea management and roadmapping. We have a centralized product management team but a matrixed group of product managers throughout our organizattion. Multiple lines of business have different needs, and we can customize the workspaces according to those needs while still getting the consolidated view of our roadmaps for our technology products, managed services, and consulting services. We also use Aha! for idea management and have created custom scorecards and workflows to manage them. We can route the ideas through a single interface and then assign them to the correct team for processing. Overall, weve been very, very happy with the product.
