PDFsam is a straightforward, easy to use PDF tool that is used for merging, splitting, and extracting PDFs and its pages. It has a drag and drop interface with plenty of options. I only have a PDF reader installed but occassionally need some of these tools that readers simply do not have. PDFsam allows me to modify my PDFs without having to purchase more software. Not much to dislike. Especially for a free program. The only other feature I wish it had was a way to convert PDF pages into an image like JPEG. But this can easily be done in GIMP.
