I’m not fond of anything at all about this platform but if I have to say something that is good then it would be that it is a web app, I don’t have to install anything to use this platform. The number of times I get an error whenever I try to upload a PDF is very irritating. Why are they even charging high premium fees when their platform doesn’t work maximum times?
