Not much to say here, they are weak in support, and they do not care at all about satisfaction Customer service does not honor product guarantee’s I wanted a refudn after 1 hour of using the product and realized it would not do as we wanted. So we promptly requested a refund. They basically told us to go pound sand. Stay AWAY from this company. We lost $150 bucks for useless software (for our needs)
